Privacy

Chard Rugby Football Club collects your name and email (and, for gifts, the recipient's name and email) to issue raffle tickets, run the draw, contact winners and keep records required for our lottery registration.

Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card details. We don't use your details for marketing or share them with prize donors. Records are kept for as long as needed for our lottery returns (normally three years) then deleted.

Publicly we only show winners as first name and initial, and names you choose to put on the "Cheers to" wall.
